In December of 2012, this new landscape for living was created by calling into question the standing and authority of the slavery system we had become accustomed to, and through legal filings, putting the world’s banks, corporations and governments on notice, that debt slavery was no longer valid or acceptable by We The People.
Due legal process gave these entities an opportunity to rebut the filings one by one, however, because the filings were based on the established and undeniable truth that no one person or entity can own you or your body, not surprisingly, none of the filings were challenged or rebutted. Those original filings then became forever established as globally recognized UCC Rulings (rulings in law), giving each and every human BE’ing their freedom from debt slavery from that day forth.

What happened?
The OPPT posed to the world’s Banks and Governments:
1.that they had by deceptive acts and practices been stealing from the people for hundreds of years, and;
2.nothing stood between the Creator and each of the Creator’s creations, and gave due opportunity to rebut both statements. They could not and did not. To understand this fully please read the Declaration of Facts at

Orders to Cease and Desist:
Attention is drawn to DECLARATION AND ORDER: UCC Doc # 2012096074, Sept. 09 2012, duly reconfirmed and ratified by COMMERCIAL BILL UCC Doc. No. 2012114586 and TRUE BILL UCC Doc. No.2012 114776 which states:
Volunteers within the military … “to arrest and take into custody any and all certain states of body, their agents,officers, and other actors, regardless of domicil by choice, owning, operating, aiding and abetting private money systems, issuing, collection, legal enforcement systems, operating SLAVERY SYSTEMS against the several states citizens, …”, and “Repossess all private money systems, tracking, transferring, issuing, collection, legal enforcement systems operating SLAVERY SYSTEMS…” “…all beings of the creator shall forthwith assist all Public Servants identified herein, to implement, protect,preserve and complete this ORDER by all means of the creator and created as stated herein, by, with, and under your full personal liability…”

What does this mean to you?
Are you paying a “debt” to a foreclosed entity..? e.g. mortgage, credit card, car loan? OPPT has foreclosed on hierarchy. No one stands between you and your creator… not even “Government”. Because a CEASE AND DESIST order exists, you are free to offer terms and conditions to individuals acting on behalf of a foreclosed Bank or “Government”, by issuing a Courtesy Notice.
What does this mean to Banks & “Governments”?
All beings now act in the capacity of individual entities without a corporate safety net and with full personal liability for each and EVERY ACTION THEY TAKE under common law, protected and preserved by public policy UCC 1-103, and Universal law, the governing law laid out in the OPPT UCC filings. The Courtesy Notice contains the information of this flyer and offers terms and conditions for future dealings.
Whereas Banks and “Governments” have been foreclosed worldwide… Acts, Statutes, Codes, Courts, Executive Orders etc were thereby foreclosed, thus without a lawfully binding contract – individual to individual, no instrument exists to compel performance.
The Courtesy Notice offers new terms to any individual of a foreclosed entity for their acceptance and the method of acceptance is clearly defined.

What is the UCC – Where and to whom does it apply?
The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is the ‘bible’ of commerce and used world wide, but sometimes in disguise. UCCis not taught in law schools; it is used in high level banking and government corporations. Accordingly most lawyers,attorneys and magistrates know nothing about UCC and will argue it has no application.

Those who would regard the UCC as irrelevant outside the US are thereby claiming former funding arrangements with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York null and void.
Due Diligence
Given the usage of UCC filings in the upper levels of “government” and banks worldwide, due diligence is a necessity.
If there is a dispute, error, or falsity make AND deliver a duly verified sworn DECLARATION OF REBUTTAL to the duly verified, sworn and REGISTERED OPPT DECLARATION OF FACTS, point by point, with specificity and particularity,with full responsibility and liability, under the penalty of perjury under any law you identify, that the forgoing is true and accurate, signed by your wet-ink signature.
To date, no such rebuttal has been registered.

All People Declared Free of Debt (Refer Notice of Declaration of Absolute Truth UCC# 2013032035)
The final filing of the OPPT occurred on March 18, 2013. This document terminated all remaining man-made entities and returned all people of this planet to absolute freedom. In this document the creator is referred to as “absolute essence” and all creations people are referred to as “absolute essence embodied”.
Article VI states…”I duly verify, with full responsibility and liability, by DECLARATION OF ORDER, that eternal essence IS made transparent and known by the DO’ing of any and all embodiment of eternal essence in eternal essence’s universe, IS free and free of debt, unrebutted.”
This means THERE IS NO DEBT.
You have no debt… No one has debt… it is done.

“ALMOST EVERY LOAN, IF NOT EVERY LOAN, IS FRAUD…NO LOAN WAS MADE. IF NO LOAN WAS MADE, THEN NO DEBT COULD LAWFULLY OR LEGALLY EXIST. WAS A LOAN MADE? HERE IS WHAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PRODUCE IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH THAT A LOAN WAS MADE AND THAT YOU MAY HAVE A DEBT:
1. produce documentation of prior title, ownership and rights to the money they purportedly loaned you
2. produce documentation of the history and origin of funds that they purportedly had prior title, ownership and rights to that they purportedly loaned you (banking requires 3 generations at least if not all the way back to issuance/creation of the alleged funds… this is why banks issue a letter of origin/history of funds)
3. produce documentation of the actual transaction and transfer of said funds (prior title, ownership, and rights) from loaner to borrower (invoicing/receipts) there is a difference between a “loan” and “debt”, conceptually and factually, look up the definitions of loan and debt difference between statement and invoice…only an invoice has to be paid…however they would first have to show that they made you a loan… if no loan, each invoice is fraud, mail fraud, etc.”

IRS Fraud Uncovered: An ex-IRS agent, whistle blower who was head of the IRS fraud division, found through her own research that the biggest fraud was the IRS itself. She said the Grace Commission Report states: “all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services [that] taxpayers expect from their government.” She found Section a of the IRS Tax Code: 26 USC 6331. The tax only applies to the people that work for the corporate government. She found section (a) missing from the materials given to an IRS agents. Click here for her story. She found that the income tax only applies to officers and employees of the United States, it does not apply to men and women who do not work for the United States or the District of Columbia. She also found out her authority was only a non enforcement pocket commission, with no power of enforcement.
Section (a) is left out of IRS Agents materials.
IRS TAX Code: 26 USC § 6331 -(a) Authority of Secretary - Levy and distraint – “If any person liable to pay any tax neglects or refuses to pay the same within 10 days after notice and demand, it shall be lawful for the Secretary to collect such tax (and such further sum as shall be sufficient to cover the expenses of the levy) by levy upon all property and rights to property (except such property as is exempt under section 6334) belonging to such person or on which there is a lien provided in this chapter for the payment of such tax. Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of levy on the employer (as defined in section 3401(d)) of such officer, employee, or elected official. If the Secretary makes a finding that the collection of such tax is in jeopardy, notice and demand for immediate payment of such tax may be made by the Secretary and, upon failure or refusal to pay such tax, collection thereof by levy shall be lawful without regard to the 10-day period provided in this section.”
“If any person liable to pay any tax” is defined as “any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia”. In blacks law dictionary the word person translates into: fictitious legal or corporation.
